Shipping policy

We offer fast shipping all over the world by partnering up with the best shipping couriers. Please refer to our estimated shipping times section to get an expected shipping time for our products.

All orders are processed in 1-5 business days. Please use the order tracking page for updates. Our fulfillment partners are doing their best to send the orders quickly as possible! 

 

Estimated Shipping Times

USA shipments are expected to be delivered within 4–10 days.

UK - EU shipments are expected to be delivered within 4–9 days.

CA - AUS - NZ shipments are expected to be delivered within 5–12 days.

CH - NO - Rest Of The World shipments are expected to be delivered within 6–12 days. 

 

Please understand that these shipping times are estimated, and the period starts after the fulfillment process is completed. The usual shipping times are faster, but it can be delayed. Our main supplier is located in China, and we also have a supplier in the USA for selected products. We are directly working with our fulfillment partners, and they have great systems to check our products one by one for quality control. After that process, they pack the items in our brand's own packages and ship them safely and directly to our customers. We have great partners that provide our customers a high quality service, and by doing this we can save from warehouse and similar costs. This directly means that we can keep our prices lower than average and give a better deal to our customers.

 

Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Our extensive logistics network ensures fast delivery to most destinations worldwide. Simply proceed to checkout and select your address. Please note that there are a few exceptions where shipping may not be available due to logistical constraints. As long as your country is available to select at checkout, we can ship to your desired address.
